Review your calls
Listen back to calls, read transcripts and summaries, and capture the same answers from every call with an analysis template.
A short walkthrough of the Calls page in the VoiceDock dashboard: what you see for each call, and how an analysis template turns every conversation into clear fields.
In this video
- Find every call under Calls: who called, which assistant answered and how long the call took
- Open a call to play the recording, read the full transcript and the short summary
- Create an analysis template from a preset, or add your own fields, such as a Boolean
appointment_requested - In your assistant, turn on Enable Analysis, pick the template with Apply Template, and Publish your changes
- See the answers as fields on each call, export them as JSON, or receive them with the end-of-call webhook
Good to know
- Which calls are analysed. Analysis runs on inbound and web calls with at least the minimum number of messages (4 by default). Outbound calls are not analysed.
- Templates are copied. Applying a template copies it into the assistant. If you change the template later, apply it again and publish.
- Publish to go live. Changes to an assistant take effect after you publish them.
- Exports. The JSON export contains the analysis fields; the CSV export contains the summary but not the analysis.

Put your assistant on a phone number
Claim a managed number to test and set up your assistant, or connect your own number over a SIP trunk to go live with real callers.
